The Society for American Archaeology journal, the SAA Archaeological Record, had a special issue in May dedicated entirely to collaborative projects in East and Southeast Asia. Although I am hardly the most qualified person, I wrote a short article about my experiences working in Cambodia. There are also other great articles on projects in Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand.
You can download the whole issue for free by going to this page and clicking on the link for the May 2009 issue.
PS. This cover photo was taken on my trip to Phnom Kulen.
PPS. I’ve spent the last 6 weeks traveling/working in Southeast Asia. I should have some updated blog posts soon!
